A leading Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a mid-level litigation associate (4–7 years of experience) to join its nationally recognized litigation practice, with a focus on class actions and mass torts. The position is open to candidates in any of the firm’s U.S. offices, including Atlanta, Boulder, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, Jefferson City, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside leading litigators defending global companies in complex, high-exposure matters. The associate will play a meaningful role in all aspects of case development, including participation in high-stakes trial teams and handling bet-the-company class actions and mass tort litigation. Responsibilities span the full litigation lifecycle — pleadings and motion practice, fact and expert discovery, depositions, class certification briefing and strategy, trial preparation and support, and appellate briefing — while collaborating closely with partners and clients on strategy and case management.

Candidates should have a federal circuit court clerkship and/or AUSA experience, 4–7 years of complex litigation experience at a big law firm, deposition experience, and demonstrated trial team support. A J.D. and bar admission (or eligibility) in the state of location preference is required. The estimated salary range is $225,000–$340,000.
